Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and future growth.
  • Design, develop, and oversee the delivery of diverse learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and leverage talent analytics to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future talent requirements.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and negotiate effectively with external vendors and learning technology providers.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and return on investment (ROI) of all learning initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering their professional growth and innovation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing across all levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest L&D trends, learning technologies, adult learning theories, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners and executive leadership to integrate L&D strategies seamlessly into broader talent management processes.
