Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Document IT issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain an organized knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring clear communication.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Monitor IT systems and perform routine checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance IT skills and knowledge.
  • Support the IT team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure all IT equipment and software comply with company policies and security standards.
