Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with the logistical planning and execution of new store openings.
  • Support the coordination of inventory delivery, unpacking, and merchandising setup.
  • Help with the assembly and installation of fixtures, displays, and signage.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with vendors.
  • Facilitate basic training support for new store staff on operational procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure store readiness meets brand standards and safety regulations.
  • Assist with post-opening tasks, including troubleshooting and ongoing support as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, marketing, and IT.
