Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with all inquiries and requests, providing a first-class impression.
- Offer detailed information and expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation.
- Proactively arrange reservations for restaurants, shows, tours, flights, and other bespoke services.
- Coordinate various guest services including valet parking, luggage handling, package delivery, and shuttle services.
- Efficiently handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain an updated and comprehensive knowledge base of all establishment services, local area events, and amenities.
- Anticipate guest needs by observing cues and offering assistance before being asked.
- Build genuine rapport with guests, remembering personal preferences to offer truly personalized service.
- Ensure the concierge desk and surrounding lobby area are always immaculate, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to guarantee a cohesive guest experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German (C1 level minimum).
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in standard computer systems and experience with reservation or CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed demeanor in challenging situations.
- In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Offenbach am Main and the surrounding Rhine-Main region.
- Impeccable professional appearance and conduct, reflecting our high standards of service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in an additional language such as French, Spanish, or Mandarin.
- Previous experience (3+ years) in a luxury hotel, high-end residential, or corporate concierge role.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related customer service field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a network of local contacts and vendors.
- Experience with Fidelio, Opera, or similar property management systems.
