Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including late check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries during night hours.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the night shift with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, processing paperwork, and assisting with billing queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and public areas.
- Set up and prepare for breakfast service or morning operations, as required.
- Monitor fire safety systems and other security alarms, responding appropriately to alerts.
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, offering assistance and information as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to security and guest privacy.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a night shift capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of responsibility and trustworthiness, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and front desk software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Good understanding of security procedures and basic first aid (training can be provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
