Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for professional development across departments.
- Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and external training partnerships.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
