Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet members and visitors upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Process new memberships, renewals, and manage member accounts with accuracy.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for personal trainers, classes, and other services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, restocking as necessary.
- Process transactions for merchandise, supplements, and other club services using the POS system.
- Address member concerns, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex matters to management.
- Provide general information about the gym's facilities, services, and class schedules.
- Assist with light administrative duties as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory checks.
- Promote special offers, events, and new programs to members to enhance engagement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems, including MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
