Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al Dhait North, Ras Al Khaimah. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support various departments.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machine, printer).
  • Associate's degree or certification in Office Administration.
