Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and financial goals.
- Present and sell a diverse portfolio of insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.).
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Assist clients diligently throughout the claims filing and resolution process.
- Document claims accurately, collect necessary information, and liaise with internal departments and external adjusters.
