Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of resort common areas, guest rooms, and facilities.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up dining areas, serving meals, and clearing tables.
  • Support housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Handle guest luggage and provide escort services to rooms.
  • Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the resort.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized assistance to enhance their stay.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the appropriate department.
