Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for multiple stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including email management and drafting responses.

  • Handle data entry, database management, and maintenance of contact lists.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar remote role.
