Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables and guests.
- Assist waitstaff in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Ensure the timely delivery of special requests (e.g., extra sauces, condiments).
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support the serving team by refilling water glasses and assisting with drink orders when needed.
- Familiarize yourself with menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to answer basic guest questions.
