Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Provide informed recommendations on menu items, wines, and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests with a proactive and courteous approach.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant setting.
