Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate and efficient filing, archiving, and retrieval of both physical and electronic documents.
- Ensure all documents are controlled, distributed, and stored in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
- Support the registration and tracking of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
- Perform quality checks on documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established formats.
- Maintain and update document control registers and databases.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist with the preparation, scanning, and indexing of documents for digital archiving.
- Collaborate with team members to improve document control processes and systems.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to document management.
