Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments and individuals accurately and promptly.
  • Process outgoing mail, including weighing, stamping, and ensuring proper postage and addressing for various courier services.
  • Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
  • Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and franking machines.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with the utmost discretion and care.
  • Coordinate with external couriers and delivery services for pickups and special deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock of mailroom supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with inter-office document transfers and internal distribution systems.
  • Ensure the mailroom area is kept tidy, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including occasional scanning, filing, and data entry tasks.
