Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory for front-of-house supplies, assist with stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
- Handle cash operations, including till reconciliation and end-of-day reports, with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a supervisory role within a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relations effectively.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
- Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
