Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations within Sungei Kadut and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to planned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring their integrity and security during transit.
- Verify correct package contents with customers upon delivery and obtain necessary signatures.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor delivery-related issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle mileage.
- Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as required.
- Represent Career.zycto professionally at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 20kg).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of using GPS navigation systems.
