As our Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of Econet Telecom Lesotho, embodying our unwavering commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service. Your daily responsibilities will span a wide range, from warmly greeting visitors with a professional demeanour and directing them appropriately to managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring messages are accurately relayed. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an organised, tidy, and inviting reception area, ensuring it consistently reflects our high standards of professionalism and corporate image. Beyond direct interaction, you’ll provide essential administrative support to various departments, which may include managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining basic office supplies inventory, and assisting with data entry tasks. This position requires someone who can multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, anticipate needs proactively, and handle diverse situations with grace, diplomacy, and a strong problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and reflective of the company's image.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with basic IT support issues or direct to appropriate personnel.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (1 year minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
