Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Organise and schedule internal and external meetings, including managing calendars, room bookings, and circulating agendas and minutes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, databases, and records, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Facilitate clear and timely internal and external communication, responding to inquiries and directing messages appropriately.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively following up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
- Support with data entry, compilation, and basic analysis related to project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Help coordinate project resources, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and arranging logistics as required.
- Assist with onboarding new team members by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
- Undertake general office duties to ensure the smooth operation of the project environment.
