This entry-level, full-time position is an ideal launching pad for individuals who possess a genuine love for plants, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn the intricate operations of a bustling plant nursery. As a vital member of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and vitality of our extensive and diverse plant inventory, ensuring that every specimen flourishes under optimal conditions before it reaches its new home.

This role offers an unparalleled chance to delve deep into the world of horticulture, gaining practical knowledge about countless plant varieties, their specific environmental needs, and the best practices for sustainable growth.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship to equip you with all the necessary skills and expertise to excel in this role. Your positive attitude, willingness to enthusiastically tackle physical tasks, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional plant care are paramount.
