Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Production Control Support Specialist in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Montreal. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules and plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and reporting potential issues.
- Maintain accurate production data in ERP/MRP systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and consistent.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure raw material availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Liaise with manufacturing, quality, and logistics departments to resolve production-related discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the production control function.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the production control department.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
