Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to caller inquiries or redirect calls to the appropriate department/personnel.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications and interactions.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.
- Assist with office organization, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace and managing office supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, greeting them warmly and directing them as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and escalate complex problems when necessary.
