Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing excellent initial service and creating a positive store experience.
- Learn about and master product knowledge for all items carried, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, offering recommendations and demonstrations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Support inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, tagging products, and conducting stock counts.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
- Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
