Key Responsibilities
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) terminals efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment with precision.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service, answering questions and directing them to products.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store cleanliness.
- Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly arranged and priced correctly.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
