Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow senior technicians to learn best practices in IT support and customer service.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Log and manage support tickets accurately using our helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Provide initial point-of-contact support, answering basic user inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Help maintain IT equipment inventory and assist with workstation setup and deployment.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Follow established IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to a positive working environment.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
