Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for senior staff.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and partners professionally and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
