Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage highly efficient delivery schedules for both inbound and outbound shipments, utilizing advanced planning tools and techniques.
- Liaise continuously with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and resolve any operational disruptions promptly.
- Accurately prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and freight manifests, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Conduct regular performance analysis of logistics partners and freight routes, identifying opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as delays, damages, or compliance issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Maintain comprehensive records of logistics activities, preparing detailed reports on shipping costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels for management review.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, specifically in freight and delivery scheduling.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics processes.
- Proficiency with logistics software, inventory management systems, and MS Office Suite.
