Key Responsibilities
- Assist immigration consultants in preparing, reviewing, and organizing various immigration applications and supporting documentation for visa sponsorship cases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Communicate professionally with clients to collect necessary information and documents, providing clear instructions and updates under supervision.
- Conduct research on immigration policies, procedures, and program requirements, staying abreast of changes in Canadian immigration law.
- Draft correspondence, forms, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for immigration consultants and clients.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Support the team in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely submission of applications.
- Assist with post-submission follow-up, including tracking application statuses and communicating with relevant immigration authorities when necessary.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
