Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior staff with daily operational tasks, including data entry for drilling reports and documentation.
  • Learn and support the coordination of equipment, materials, and personnel logistics for various drilling sites.
  • Participate actively in all safety briefings and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of drilling activities, including performance metrics, progress reports, and incident logs.
  • Observe and gain a comprehensive understanding of the function and operation of various drilling equipment and tools.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with field teams, vendors, and office personnel to ensure seamless information flow and operational alignment.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts and process improvement initiatives under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
  • Undertake any other administrative or operational duties as assigned to support overall drilling operations and team objectives.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and data management.
