Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maneuver tugboats for towing, pushing, and berthing various vessels and barges.
- Execute complex towing plans and navigation strategies in diverse waterway conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all maritime regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on tugboat machinery and equipment.
- Monitor weather conditions, water levels, and navigational aids to ensure safe passage.
- Communicate effectively with vessel captains, port authorities, and shore-based personnel.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and records of operations, fuel consumption, and incidents.

Required Skills
