Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to remote employees via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and recurring problems in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring thorough hand-off.
  • Educate users on best practices for system usage and basic troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
  • Participate in creating and updating IT knowledge base articles and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
