Key Responsibilities
- Performing general farm duties including planting, weeding, harvesting, and packaging crops.
- Assisting with the care and feeding of livestock (if applicable on the farm).
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Preparing fields for planting, including soil cultivation and fertilization.
- Monitoring crop health and identifying any signs of pests or diseases.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of farm buildings and premises.
- Assisting with irrigation and water management tasks.
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures strictly.
- Collaborating effectively with other farm team members.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned by the Farm Manager.
