Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact and subject matter expert for assigned products, both internally and externally.
- Translate high-level product requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and deliver technical product training and documentation for internal teams and external partners/customers.
- Support product launches by developing compelling product messaging and technical content.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, performance data, and market trends to inform product improvements and future roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot and provide advanced technical support for product-related issues, escalating as necessary.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical product management, product specialist, or solutions engineering role.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience and vice versa.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS products.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Prior experience working in the FinTech, MarTech, or EdTech industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
