Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate surface and underground surveys for mining and civil projects.
- Operate and maintain a variety of surveying instruments including total stations, GNSS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Process, analyze, and interpret survey data to generate plans, maps, cross-sections, and 3D models.
- Conduct volumetric calculations for stockpiles, excavations, and cut-and-fill operations.
- Monitor ground movement, stability, and structural integrity of mining infrastructure and geological formations.
- Establish and maintain survey control networks, ensuring high levels of precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with geologists, engineers, project managers, and operational teams.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maintain comprehensive survey records.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new surveying technologies and methodologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance on surveying matters to project personnel.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Mine Surveyor or in a similar geospatial role.

- Expertise in operating and calibrating total stations, GNSS/GPS systems, and laser scanners.
- Strong understanding of geodetic principles, mapping, and coordinate systems.
