Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer understanding.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve complete satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate proactively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Required Skills
