Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and talent objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and propose targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and modify programs as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance program delivery and engagement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships efficiently.
- Champion a strong learning culture across the organization, promoting curiosity, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic L&D programs in a professional services environment.
