Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities suitable for their age and developmental stage, including reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, napping, diaper changing/potty training, and hygiene practices.
- Observe and monitor children's behavior, reporting any concerns or significant developments to parents/guardians or relevant staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play and learning environment.
- Communicate effectively and positively with children, parents/guardians, and other team members.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and adhere to all emergency procedures.
- Support children in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and relevant childcare regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to interact positively and effectively with children of various age groups.
