Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding and seating arrangements.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure cabin security.
- Demonstrate safety procedures and equipment clearly to passengers.
- Serve food, beverages, and other amenities with efficiency and a smile.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage and resolve passenger conflicts or difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Administer first aid to passengers requiring medical attention.
- Handle inflight sales of duty-free items and other products.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including incident reports and sales logs.
- Work collaboratively with the flight deck crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist passengers during disembarkation and manage cabin tidy-up.
Required Skills
