Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for client inquiries related to cloud services, infrastructure, and applications via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and alerts, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of common cloud-related problems, including connectivity, access, and basic service disruptions.
- Accurately document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior Cloud Engineers or specialized teams with detailed information and context.
- Assist in maintaining and updating knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support efficiency.
- Participate in routine system health checks and basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and enhance overall service delivery.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new cloud technologies, features, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong desire and aptitude to learn about cloud computing concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and command-line interfaces.
- Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
