Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Ensure the office premises are tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Operate standard office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting or liaise with IT support when necessary.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal company events or meetings.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
