Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and editing engaging content for various communication channels, including social media posts, press releases, website updates, and internal communications.
- Support the coordination of brand-related events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform communication strategies.
- Help maintain and organize communication materials, including image banks, brand guidelines, and content calendars.
- Monitor social media platforms and engagement, providing preliminary reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all departments.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the communications department, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
