Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks for all common areas, offices, restrooms, and external grounds, ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical fixes, carpentry, and painting, as needed.
- Monitor and inspect facilities regularly for any necessary repairs, potential hazards, or maintenance issues, reporting larger problems to supervisors.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs effectively and in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for meetings, events, or other activities.
- Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, reporting needs for replenishment promptly.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruption.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or a similar operational role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair tasks.
