Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and dining facilities, adhering to resort standards.
- Assist in food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and clearing tables when required.
- Operate front desk systems and manage reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments (housekeeping, maintenance, security) to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
