Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, adherence to specifications, and identify potential issues.
- Assist in performing land surveys, collecting field data, and processing survey results.
- Perform material testing, including soil, concrete, and asphalt, and interpret results.
- Collaborate with civil engineers to develop design concepts and produce final construction documents.
- Review project plans, specifications, and reports for accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports meticulously.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Contribute to problem-solving and provide technical support during all project phases.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with surveying equipment and data collection.
