Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in preparing vaccination stations, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records, both digital and physical.
- Guide patients through the clinic flow, addressing questions and providing clear instructions.
- Monitor patient waiting areas to ensure comfort and manage crowd flow.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols within the clinic environment.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other team members to optimize clinic operations.
- Assist with data entry and reporting related to vaccination activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
