Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
  • Efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring care and security.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Handle and store luggage and parcels securely, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the delivery of messages, newspapers, and other items to guest rooms.
  • Support the front desk and concierge team with various tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy lobby and entrance area.
  • Operate and maintain luggage carts and other equipment safely.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and resolve minor issues.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
