Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Proven experience in policy analysis, development, or implementation within government, NGOs, or consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of the Mauritian political, economic, and social landscape.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Creole proficiency is an advantage).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, civil society, and the private sector.

Preferred Qualifications
