Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage and lead a diverse team, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization to achieve profitability targets.

- Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments to attract and retain guests.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure quality, cleanliness, and functionality.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
