Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to established procedures.
- Inspect packages for damage or discrepancies before shipment and report any issues.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels, tracking information, and documentation to packages.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the shipping area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily shipping targets are met.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
