Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes of malfunctions and implementing effective repair solutions.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and tasks to ensure longevity and optimal performance of all facility assets.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or projects.
- Identify and report potential hazards or areas requiring significant improvement to management.
- Assist with facility renovations, installations, and improvement projects as required.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored safely.

- Valid UK driving license.
